Heating and cooling. In this classical sauna the smell of nature-left wood and a pleasant-dry room climate spread with approx.
90° C acts as a stimulant for your circulation. It supports the removal of slag trial in the body and promotes the setting up of
body-personal defense forces.
Recommended duration: approx. 15 - 20 minutes

Turkish steam bath
The temperature of this steam sauna consists of approx. 60°C, with very high air humidity. Hot water vapor moistens the skin as well
as the respiratory system, the skin is covered by fine water drops, the pores open and the skin gets an extra portion of humidity.

The guest sits with the back against a stove and breathes in the hay steam. The ethereal oils of the hay have a relaxing and anti-
